  • Orders intermittently not syncing
  • Shopify POS orders not containing customer data, making it hard to identify those orders
  • High Fraud Risk orders being dispatched unintentionally

After connecting the Neto source and Shopify Channel in a matter of minutes, the order syncing was activated.

Here’s how eCommify solved Mr Pool Man’s challenges

  • Orders sync to eCommify before exporting to a source. This reduces reliance on webhooks and ensures reliability.
  • Mr Pool Man was able to add formulas to set static customer information to easily identify Shopify POS orders in the source.
  • Using the highly flexible mapping and Excel-like formulas, any order flagged as High Risk Fraud in Shopify is marked as Cancelled when sending the order to the Source.
