Challenge
Keter (via Maze Distribution) has been running legacy integrations for the last 7 years. While the were running fine initially, they were not kept up-to-date in recent years which kept introducing issues into their operations.
Here are some of the challenges
- Orders need to have custom mapping, for each channel the order originated from
- They run D2C Shopify stores, and 1 WooCommerce store along side various marketplaces
- They're needing one platform to handle their product and marketplaces integrations to simplify their tech stack
Solution
Maze connected Unleashed as Source, then connected their 2 Shopify channels and single WooCommerce channel.
Through out of the box features we could do the following:
- Add the custom order mapping for each channel
- Connect multiple channels of the same type (2 Shopify stores)
- Set Maze up for future growth, easily allowing them to launch new integrations
